Schedule Appointment
If you’d like to schedule an appointment, please copy and paste the following questions and send them to me via the Tattoo Nouveau Facebook page. This will help me to streamline the process of knowing how long the tattoo will take, what we’ll be looking at as far as price, and most importantly, whether or not I’ll even be a good fit for your project. Please note, I am no longer booking appointments through my e-mail or Instagram page. Appointments will only be booked via the Facebook page.

What subject matter would you like to include in your tattoo? (IE: Any specific types of flowers, animals, or symbology?)
Are you looking for full color, black and gray, or a color infused piece (primarily black and gray with a small patch or patches of color)?
What is the size you'd like the overall tattoo to be?
Where are you looking to put the tattoo? Please try to be as specific as possible. (IE: Right inner forearm, left outer bicep, etc)
Is there a particular style you're looking for? (IE: Watercolor, realism, neo-traditional, etc)
Is there a budget you'd like me to stick with for this particular project?
If there are any reference photos of existing tattoos that you like and want to include to give me an idea of what interests you, please attach them. (Note that I will not copy another artist's design; this is for reference to your visual interests only).
Do you have day/time preferences for your appointment? (IE: Only appointments after 4pm, or only weekends, or no restrictions, etc)
